I just ordered that stuff yesterday and it's here already

Tank was from Amazon and the Hushtone came from a ebay Seller in Ohio

The Ebay Seller sent me the tracking number 30 minutes after I bought it

There are a lot of good deals on ebay

So many things you can do with a175 and few other pieces of equipment.

Like a small portable and water claw.

It is slower some times and some times it isn't ?

But you can clean just about anything with VLM!!!

I got a lot of experimenting to do with a 175-300 to see what works for me

To start I will use it to put down cl02 using a Fiber Pad or Bonnet Pro Multi Brush

Then put down prespray with WORX Sprayer and CRB with 14'' Brush Master Pro

Then extract with 175-300 and Microfiber

Then groom with 10'' CRB

I'm replacing the OP with the 175-300 for jobs using cl02
Get a 175 with a proper shower feed brush for applying clo2. You may want to add a little rotary shampoo for lubrication.

I have the 17'' Bonnet Pro Multi Brush and 14'' 15'' Drivers that have holes to shower feed using a Fiber Pad

Just got to be very careful near baseboards with oversized Driver

12'' Driver and 12'' Brush doesn't have the shower feed holes

I got a lot of practicing to do at my Apt Complex before I use this on a customers carpet

Gotta put down enough solution but not over wet carpet either

No customers around on Apartments so I can practice putting the right amount solution down

ConDog is not, I repeat, is not going to the dark side. Where you been Con? Y'all just skipped right over the two porty extractors. THAT makes him a dual method cleaner when the need arises. Not real sure you could put him in the VLM only category.
Hi Kenny,

Been busy with work and family.
Most my work lately is hard surface.
Occasionally upholstery, rugs, some carpet.
Just did a couple vct jobs, so I think we have to be versatile these days.

I like portables because they let you get a quality rinse on hard surfaces, which like I said is most of my work.

I use the Westpak Wand mostly.
I know a truckmount speeds jobs up, but at 63 years old just supplementing my retirement I don't want the debt or expense of maintenance and payments of a truckmount.

I respect people who make a living with them they provide great benefit, but I get by fine with my system.

The job I did this weekend had luxury vinyl, tile and grout, vct and commercial glue down. 175 and extraction are vital for commercial.

I used the Multi-Brush for the first time last week.
It gave amazing results, and I didn't even use a bonnet just a fiber pad. Ewwww, lol

I did grind off the spikes that hold but tear up the pads and glued on velcro to hold the pads.

I think I drilled in some holes for the cleaner to drip onto the pad

Here's the process i did this morning on a empty rental unit.
Pre-vacuumed with the Sanitary

Pre- sprayed 2 rooms at a time with battery pack sprayer. {6 small rooms total}

Brought in 2 small 13 inch 175.

Red pad under one---- microfiber pad under the other.

Start at the farthest point of my exit door, work my way out. 2 rooms at a time.

Give it a quick rake.

The mix!
Carpet Details {LOVE THAT STUFF!}
16 ounces of hydrogen peroxide per gallon.
A shot of ammonia.
A shot of citrus cleaner [pick your poison}
I have done this on hundreds of empty units this way!!!

LET THE HATERS HATE!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL

You and I are in the same category except for the truckmount. Plus I'm a lot older. My kids don't like using the TM, so not sure how much longer I'll keep it. I don't want to hire someone to run just that, but it's handy when we need to clean a rectory.

Fridays/Saturday job
Luxury vinyl, tile and grout, vct and cgd.
For clarity on the vct I used a square scrub and spp pad to do a scrub and recoat, so the round marks that look like circles are old.

I did the carpet with the Bonnet Pro Multi-Brush. It was fast and removed all dark travel paths tracked in from the asphalt parking lot. In Phoenix it's extremely hot for half the year and oils get tracked onto carpet. In case anyone cares I used Encapuclean and peroxide on the carpet.

I like the heat of the Ninja during the extraction, it helps in rinsing and removing the slurry off of hard surfaces so it doesn't dry to the floor.

One weekend I did a strip and applied 4 coats of finish on my first vct job (at another medical practice) and the employee who was supposed to be there took off for a couple hours.
Somebody came in and was in the file room going through their records when the employee came back.
The employee didn't lock up and had the audacity to ask me why I let them in, I told him I didn't let anyone in and I didn't see anyone come in because I wasn't in the area in question.

I like that a portable doesn't require open doors, letting me work without concerns like strangers having access to the building or my trailer.

I prefer to apply the cleaner from the tank on the 175.
When I use the portable I pre-spray, but not with vlm.
