Steve, When you understand the POWER of HEAT FRICTION and ABSORPTION, the fact that you can go over the carpet as many

times as you want without FEAR of over WETTING, like multiple steam strokes, even with multiple vacuum strokes {not that

anything is wrong with with steam cleaning }But with VLM you can keep cleaning until it comes clean! {it doesn't take long }

I did the CD thing in the 90s and I have all the tools to scrub and run on shelves in the shop.
I know.
I know I prefer to leave floors and furniture clean when I leave.
I can upsell tile and other hard surfaces. I can soft wash porches and entrances on my way out. Even clean sidewalks to freshen up the curb appeal.
I clean fireplaces and so much more than just carpet. I clean outdoor grills and patio furniture and the concrete or tile it sits on. I will clean the face of gutters at entrances. Mail boxes.
There's really no end to what can be cleaned with HWE equipment.
I do some flood work too.
Let me see you guys extract an inch of water from carpet and get it dry in a day.

And I dont have to wash a dozen bonnets when I get home. Thats something else steampro lol never shows. Where are all the dirty bonnets? And why does he call himself steampro?

Just got a call from a regular customer asking if I could snowblow his back yard to get his van out lol. We got a foot of snow the other day and near zero temps this morning but I will help him out. No truckmount required.

Hard work never bothered me. I should say I dont mind doing it. It does cause me physical pain though. But it doesnt stop me.

Im 62 in a month.

I forgot to mention rugs. I have a lot of customers ask to have their small rugs cleaned. How do you guys handle that? A lot of them are pretty thin and move easily.

I clean rugs, almost every day , It's not a problem.

Power is irrelevant when comes to a 1 inch fiber !

Take off the wand pull the trigger get some water flowing through WORX

Put wand back on and your primed


If that doesn't work it probably has air lock

Hook up WORX to water hose take off wand and force water through WORX

I've tried all that, but it's pretty stubborn. I think it came defective from the factory.

I know several people that use them and love them. I'll see if I can find a good deal online and pick another one up.

If you don't have an extra set of feet to step on the rug, the only way to do it is to forward push the wand on wet and dry passes. It's a slower process, but it's not rocket science. And if it's a trashed rug, it needs to be flushed heavy on pavement outside with higher psi

Matt, I only have 2- feet and a 175 keep the rug inside and just clean it ! We don't need to fly to the Moon!

No snow blowing, but we get so much additional I started a separate company. I put all services
separate from my janitorial in a different company. We don't sub anything out.

I got this rug about done except for the this spot on the fringe. I just applied a little 3 percent peroxide to see if it will work before going with volume 40.
It came from a home Genny was cleaning. While she was there a leak from the upstairs toilet came pouring down on the rug and a couple chairs so she called me in. I got everything including the wood floor under the rug cleaned up and brought the rug home. Its 10x15 and thick.
I couldn't get it dry in the shop because its not heated and it was 5 degrees this morning so I brought in to finish drying.
The owners already had a plumber coming next week and it had been leaking for awhile.
The rug smelled like .
