Vibe with a weight kit I'm not going to crb first probably use the stripped star two way pads
I have a Tankless Vibe that I use on Big Residential and Unoccupied Rentals. I CRB first and extract with Vibe

I always use at least 2 weights on each side. That adds 16 pounds of Head Weight

I could use a Carpet Brush/Rake to groom and it would be faster but on most carpet a CRB lifts fibers better and makes carpet look better than a Carpet Brush especially in the traffic lanes and in front of sofa

No I don't worry about making perfect groom lines. I just groom out the swirl marks and go to the next room

Could you sell it with a straight face
in residential? I love it, and Damon
at the Enncapstore has specific chems for it, but I'm not sure I could.
I could easily sell it with a straight face. It does clean good. I wouldn't be cleaning nasty carpet either. If I ever move to another state I would only be cleaning one or two houses a day and I wouldn't bother with nasty carpet. That can be someone else's problem.

That's how I'm doing it now

One large job or two small jobs a day and I rarely do nasty carpet. I work on Saturday and Sunday if necessary

The only time I do more than two is when my Apt Complex needs Apartments done. I often do a Residential job in the morning and then go do 2 Apartments at my Apt Complex in the afternoon

George you have a great system. You make VLM shine. Keep up the good work!
Thank You !!!

I believe VLM is the Future of Carpet Cleaning

Eventually there will be more businesses using the VLM Method for Residential and Commercial than HWE

2030 ??? 2035 ??? I don't know but it will eventually happen

LESS water MORE agitation !!!

after almost 40 years of VLM only, I'm retiring its been great my customers are begging me not to quit!! for certain use cotton pads, cleans better and much faster ,go slow, dont swing around let the machine and heat provided by going slow do the work. A good encap I use Certified shampoo bonnet cleaner, if pretty dirty i use a splash of double strength encap plus by masterblend, and pig out if those don't work. i use a kirby vacuum, you can pick one up cheap online. and the usual HP, etc. Yeah Mike I rarely do nasties, just a few apartments for property mangers, they were real happy, but hwe would be faster.

Over my dED body......!
There will eventually be more VLM Businesses than HWE

Number One Reason - The Bottom Line !!!

It's 2025 What's the average price of a new TM today $25-35,000 Butlers are I think $50,000

What will be the price in 2030 2035 be $35,000-$45,000 Butler maybe will be $75,000

And that's just for a TM. You need a Van to put the TM in

How much money will you need to make everyday just to pay for the TM Van and all the equipment that goes with HWE

How many jobs are you going to need to do everyday to survive

And how much will the AVERAGE Family be willing to pay for ''Carpet Cleaning''

I love VLM !!!
