Here's a challenging one I have to go inspect this week. new install in a Marriott, epoxy grout & porcelain plank splattered in construction gunk- paint, drywall mud, food etc... Most likely I will NOT be able to use my truckmount due to logistics..

175 and hopefully a garden hose rinse to a floor drain.

A crb, battery sprayer and my little Clarke machine would handle that. But you think it’s stupid. So I’m no help. Good luck, Chuck.

I thought acid was good for sheetrock mud.

:headscratch:

it's water soluble.
water is all you need.

the PITA on that floor is, it isn't smooth.
and the construction dust and dirt is tramped in the grooves and fake grain

Have fun and charge a lot.

Scrapers razors lacquer thinner and steel wool to start.
If you can't use a floor tool which would help sooo much even a porty woukd help you will need to mop it good to prevent all the splotchyness that will happen when it dries. A flat mop might work but you can't scrub as good with it. Get a 32 oz mop head if you can a 24 is ok but will be more work.

You will be on your hands and knees a lot so maybe knee pads and watch your wrists. They will hurt the next day.

That's my approach anyway.

I'd tell the general contractor to "fix it" on HIS dime or he doesn't get paid.

It's what I do these days 😉

"I" call the shots now muh fooker 🤣

Did Mr Patel call you or the general contractor ?

The general did, who is based in Las Vegas, and they subbed this project out.

There's sub guys were asked to go back and clean it up and they had no luck with their wire brush

I've done dozens of those. For a very picky customer.
We quit it last year. Wasn't worth the money.
