Anybody recognize this product. This guy mopped a sealer over the tile. Once the homeowner realized what he did they had him come back and remove it. He used a black pad and a scrubber with this product. He missed quite a bit and they want me to see if I can get it off. I’ve done other jobs but nothing except high pressure removes it. This product softens it making it easier to remove. Would save a lot of time if I knew what it was.

What's it smell like? We use this Clorox product in our home and its green like your product. Its general purpose cleaner that has a fresh clean smell. We buy it in the bulk gallons and refill our own bottles.

IF that's it, any hardware, big box or Walmart should have it.

So then any Degreaser would work? Ultrapac Renovate is an awesome Degreaser. Works better than high ph cleaners and harsher solvents.

What is it with your love of degreasers Richard?
It comes from decades of Fire Damage Restoration work. When you find a product that works amazingly well on a multitude of surfaces, you appreciate its value. Renovate is that type of product.

It does look like antifreeze but smells like a pinesol product. I tried different solvents and degreasers straight snd they don’t dissolve the finish. The machine will blast it off.
your filter gets full of little plastic chips. The problem is the edges where the machine won’t go. Years ago my supplier sold a sealer that was mopped on and was some sort of plastic film. It reminds me of that.
for some reason the Brazilians here are telling people they need to apply a sealer to their ceramic and porcelain tiles. Many have done it and it’s a real mess to remove.
