Would you hire me?

My wife left me.
She got all my money.

Even my dog.

As I was cleaning up the carpet in the home I was forced to sell, my EDV stuck and my Vortex blew up and burned to the ground taking my computer and two pairs of Levis with it.

Now I'm a homeless bum.

I need a job.

Would you hire me?

What would you have me do and for how much?

You need to go to the Ladwig school of story writing to make the story either more entertaining and/or believable.

On a serious note, I couldn't afford to pay somebody like you what they would want. In my years as an employee, I found it better to hire and train someone with no cc experience, but good common sense with a good work ethic.

I have seen the "experienced" guys be unwilling to do things "your" way and just be a pita most of the time.

Ok

My wife and I starved our new born to death by feeding it only Soy Milk and Apple juice.

I had to sell our home and the business to pay the lawyers to keep us out of jail.

My wife is distraught and she no longer can stand the sight of me.

I must leave the state by Monday.

Who wants me?

I agree with what's his name or both counts.

Your story writing skills suck, and hiring experienced cleaners normally doesn't work out.

And, I believe your ego would prevent you from accepting instruction.

Not to mention the fact that the first time you laughed at my 36 blower, I would fire you.

I would start a lawn service and have you mow and trim bushes. Then you would probably buy a VORmower and start a bulletin board and complain about the way I run my company.

Mikey I would hire you in a second.

And all you would have to do is stand there.

I'd chain you to my truck and advertise "Come see the 6'7" FREAK!"

Women and children would think it's a traveling zoo as I feed you dog food.

I might even make the news...which would attract even more business.

Do you want me to go on?

You could go to Oregon to Randy's place and dust rugs all day for 7 bucks an hour. You would learn to speak Spanish real fast.

OK $7.95 but then he might have to learn Farsi or Armenian or something like that. And if he is really good you could promote him to the wash pit.

Only Randy inhabits his wash pit.

Interlopers are severely punished by having to pick up the dust removed by the Rug Badger with their tongues.

Mike- I would hire you . Bring your precious little wombat, since that is all you have left.

I will call the new business "Professional Ex-Lax Testers Inc."

The company motto would be- "We make a mess, then clean it up"

I'd hire you again, but you'd have to run the deep south route. Six days a week and Wednesday nights.
Life is good...

I'll take the risk

Get out here to Kentucky and we will show you how to clean carpets without being so dang far in debt.

Pay? Heck no, you will be in training, no schooling is free!

Sure I'd hire you, you could run our carpet division for us.
You would be in charge training and monitoring.

Couldn't pay you what you're worth but as you built the division up maybe?

Sorry no Vortex's!

I hear the EDV's stick   , what ever that is?

Find me a 2000 sq footer on a half acre with a pond and I'll see you next Monday Richard.

I'll whip those corn fed hacks of your's into shape in no time at all.

I've got 18-acres, we can build yours when we build mine, we'll just build you one with a pond.

We even have deer & wild turkeys you can shoot at with out leaving your house.

Hunting, fishing, you'll have it made! LOL

City boy in the country...I'd have to see that!
