Tomorrow it's churches. Lots of square footage. Anyone have tips on landing churches???

I have never tried this but...

maybe offer a discount on the cleaning in exchange for running a spot in the church newsletter or bulletin or something along those lines. Or offer all the members a "praise Jesus my carpet is clean!" discount.

By the way... Funeral Homes, Assisted Living Centers, Dentists, Doctors, Chiropractors (as mentioned above), Banquet Halls & Conference Centers are good prospects too. Hotels are good as long as you can get the common areas... Rooms/suites can be a challenge unless you can get an entire "side" of the hall or even better the whole floor. Either way, hotels are very price sensitive in my experience.
