Of course a little hands on- explain, show, watch... How do you do it?

I believe that the IICRC classes are good because they allow your technicians do get different perspectives from different cleaners and instructors.

Both -

By the time my techs go to class (usually a month or 2 after starting w/us) they can pretty much teach the class. Of course teaching and doing are two different things so they go to learn, get their credits, and meet a lot of friendly competitors that oftentimes turn into networking opportunities for both parties.
