I couldn't find anything that I liked so we had the local printer make ours. They are not triplicate, just double. 500 for $30 some

Office Depot carries generic two and three part invoices.

You may want to try Reeves business forms in Oregon 800.360.0321. They are the ones that supply my triple invoices.
