Have any of you used SM to send mass emails to your customer base?

I saw a complaint on the JW forum that said SM emails went to spam folders.

Have any of you had cause for concern with this?

I've done it many times with great results considering the cost involved.

Have your script ready and call them to walk you through the setup process.

Tell them Satan sent you.

never had anyone say anything about it going to spam

most if not all would never notice. As far as I know, SM does not supply a report on how many read the email like Constant Contact and other email managers do.

But I got enough calls and emails back to know that plenty of people got what I sent.

a certain number of emails are going to end up in the spambox no matter what...regardless of who the sender is...be it from an individual, company, or email/newsletter service.........

Some email providers are far more aggressive than others when it comes to tossing shit in the spambox..........

The best way around this is actual individual "personal" conversational contact....which defeats the purpose of mass mailing your contacts.

I'm sure that SM has taken steps to insure that their emails hit the most inboxes possible...........
