Just did a trial cleaning for a property management firm that manages 5,400 properties. He says he wants to pay good money for good work. After he takes a look at this job and sends me on a few others he will decide one of three things:
I am fired (Not gonna happen)
I am his back-up company... The second call.
I am his primary cleaner.
I really hope he picks option three. None of his properties have less than 1000 sq. ft
1.3 million dollars sounds pretty good to me.
