Fred, Tom King and my wife all think I'd be crazy to not go pink...

It certainly would stand out.

but all the kids are going to laugh at me..

I got a hot pink with blue pearl in the clear coat on my car.... Everyone knows or seen my car... Pink is a real head turner.... It only sucks when it's a custom color that's hard to match if you got a scratch or dings.... I will guarantee you'll get noticed and remembered....

I remember reading awhile back about some ladies who had a pink van with pink hoses... They were featured in a magazine I believe...

I don't know. I couldn't do it, but then again I don't have signs on my van and am not trying to restart my business from scratch. You will definitely be noticed and get business but you will probably get your ass kicked by ignorant homophobes. If you saw the end of Brokeback Mountain you'll know what I'm talking about. Looks really nice though!

You would definitely get noticed... Women would pay attention....

Men would pay attention...

It is definitely something to consider.

Could you imagine if you had 2 of us those following each other in a town! I thought my circus gets attention... You would get attention!

I think it is a bold move and a bold move is good.

You could also add another complimentary color if you decided, but it looks good and readable too...

Do it....new house, new market, you had your 50th birthday - why not shake things up a bit more. What the hell...a risk like this could pay off huge and be a lot of fun. You can always change out the wrap if you end up hating it!

I knew a company that used that format. I'm not sure that they are still in business, but if not, it wasn't because of the pink truck and company colors.

Even NFL stars wear pink right now....it surely shouldn't impact your perceived masculinity at this stage of the game.

I suggested pink to my son for many of the reasons cited.

I know it would be one of the few colors that would stand out like my green vans.

You better sign up with the Susan g komen foundation and forward a small percentage as people are going to ask repeatedly if you have any association at all.

You could raise a lot of money even at 1 percent going to the Susan g komen fund, and it would be less explaining that you just did it to bring attention to yourself or your company.

I could see it a bigger thing in Cali but might be a big deal in Nevada too.

The pink would drawn attention but so would dropping your pants.:eekk:
Do we really want to do that....don't answer that! :winky:

Go with something tasteful that you feel comfortable with.I would NOT do pink.

We have a landscape business here that has dark blue and green. They look really sharp and the green could be used to promote "Green Cleaning".

Very professional! :eekk:

Love the tag line too. "If its dirty or it stinks, call Pinks!"

The guy does look like he knows what he is doing cleaning wise. Hopefully his marketing doesn't detract from his cleaning skills. :icon_neutral:

This guy is in California - he seems to use pink to his advantage...

This is a man who enjoys what he does, and is comfortable in his own skin.

He might scare one or twenty people away with his manic approach, but if he translates that confidence and high energy into great service and customer care habits, I don't doubt he has done well.
