I like 4) disengage when necessary...definitely lots of honest cases where people just legitimately aren't interested nor will they ever be interested in what you're selling. I feel like a lot of good sales people themselves forget about that. Instead of wasting time trying to talk circles and rope someone in just try someone else.

Good article, I feel like a lot of people can be great at their industry/have great ideas but they can't market it.
