I just saw this video of Joe Polish

http://procleanersnetwork.com/ask_joe.htm

I'm looking into the cost of printing up some polybags with my ad on them and it looks like it's going to be very expensive.

I have a relationship with a Dri_Cleaner in my area of high end homes, she had a sign out that read "Ask About Our Carpet Cleaning Specials" and some flyers good for 100sqft of carpet cleaning, and in one year I only got a handful of calls, 2 or 3 jobs, and a couple of estimates.

I should get a much better response rate if my ad is in theirs customers closets, but I'm on a tight budget and before I spend hundreds of dollars on some bags, I'd like to know if anyone has done this type of advertising and what was your ROI?

It will be hard to justify numbers on branding. You're creating TOTMA...Top of the mind awareness.

Constantly reminding people why they should use you, etc.

Just like the big corporate guys.

You might get some response, it really all depends on too many factors.
