My worst was 120 degrees IN THE ROOM....3rd floor actic ....NO ventilation at all ...it was horrible!

when it gets that hot, you can't even hold on to the wand because your hand is soaking wet with sweat. That's when I put that handlebar grip on my wand. It's a shame it didn't hold up

Nope, but it is a nice place to go in the wintertime to warm up!

Our maintenance guys have to go up into the catwalks above the poles on occasion! They don't stay long!

100 plus out side she goes in and starts the self cleaning oven!

Then she says sorry the swamp coolers broke.

It just blows more hot air in.

That was like 125 and a foretaste of Hell!

Didn't even break 100. Still pretty nice. Last time I was in California, a lady at a gas station asked if I was Canadian. She said she could tell because the Canadians are the ones standing out in the sun without a hat.

I used to have a local realtor (she’s passed on now) who was really raised on a cattle farm and took it over when her Dad passed away. She was a tough, hard nosed lady. She owned rental properties all over the county and was known for her frugality. Early on, I refused to work for her because she wouldn’t turn on the power or water in her rentals and most of them had windows that were painted shut. Not to mention the fact she thought my prices were too high. Surprisingly, she eventually came around and we were doing business by the time she died. I still miss her.
