I bought this unit several years ago. It was going to be my first TM. I ended up buying a complete setup and this guy has been in storage. I'm thinking about fixing it up and putting it in a trailer to sell. I know these units are complicated. Does anyone have much experience with this unit? It has a Honda engine.

I worked for a company that bought one of these units new many, many years ago. Maybe theirs was a lemon but they had a LOT of problems with it. We called it the "misfire". On the other hand one of the best units we ever had was the hydramaster 4.8 direct drive. All the best

I'd not go to the expense of putting it in a trailer.

You'll be able to ship it more easily if you find a buyer at some distance on a pallet than in a trailer.

As far as fixing it up:

Units that old have little value, and it is unlikely that any parts and work that you do on it will increase its value enough to justify your time and money.

Sell it as is and let it be someone else's project.
