My name is Mike Bertrand and I am a bathtub refinisher for over 8 years in Minnesota. I started the business. The only draw back was no repeat business. Very little referal business because not everybody needs thier bathtub refinished My wife and I own rental property. I have had a love mostly hate relationship with carpet. (replacement cost) I have been cleaning my own carpet in rentals for some time now.
It seems the more companies you talk to the more confused I get. I took the IICRC class withe Steve Andrews and took the test. Waiting for test results.
Being I already was in a customers house I decided that I could add carpet cleaning to my business and eventually just do carpet cleaning. So am looking for advice and support as I start my new business.
I own a porty Mytee 1003 and a rotovac.
