Doing an open house with a realtor on Monday

I've only done an open house when I was a realtor. I met a realtor at a real estate mixer last night. He's going to BBQ and is welcoming vendors.

Thinking of bringing my prize wheel, with discounts for all my different cleaning services, and capture some names for mailings.

Has anyone done a open house before? And luck picking up a new client or 2?
