Does anyone know how to add a business name to Streets and Trips for routing?

I'm just learning how to use Streets and Trips. I'd like to be able to add the business name each entry on my route. I can search by address but I'd like to know what business I'm going to for my sales route, without having to make side notes and wasting my time when there has to be a faster way. Microsoft doesn't have customer service for the software and the how to videos don't answer this question. And I can't find the answer with a Google search.

Use pushpins? I don't use Streets & Trips , just did a search on Youtube.
