Al,is that just cleaning,or do you include restoration in that figure?
If that's just cleaning-AWESOME!!!
If that includes restoration-awesome!!

Either way,I hope you make it.
What percent profit? 20-30 would definitely be acceptable.

How many trucks are you running now Al?

Just the Box truck mainly and it's not near maxed out yet.

My other van is lettered and ready to go, just got to figure out what I'm going to put in it.

The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but our aim is too low and we reach it.

You go Al, btw what type of increase is that over expected 2007 rev and what steps are you taking marketing/ops wise to attain it? I am hoping this gets you motivated to do them, as it helps me sometimes to state them out loud and in public to put pressure on myself.

Great job Al.

I don't do my plan until late October or early November. It is important not only to have a sales goal but also plan all your expenses. I know you do that Al since you are in Scott's program.

OK........now I get it........only 30 days in September...duh..

Well that's 2 days I had figured into my plan! I didn't see that nursery rhyme in the BRC stuff?

I'm still going to do it!

You go for it Al.

I aim for a steady minimum 10% consolidated growth each year and with the exception of 1 year only, I've exceeded that all the rest of the 7 years.

I re do my sales forecast each April being the beginning of our fincial year.

Some years I come in by less than $5k over my forecast, other years I absolutely run away with it.

We are 75% restoration services and so a lot comes down to the prescence or absence of a few 'major's throughout the year.

Next month, we'll be halfway through our year, but I've already exceeded my half year forecast so i might have to re adjust it halfway through so we don't loose steam.

Maybe Billy summed up my problem of aiming too low

"Rock out with my Cock out"

That has gotta be Johns most deleted phrase. I do love it though. I think I need to move the family to Conn to give Al a little competition if he is eating it like that down there

Goals? Yes. High enough? No, not as high as all the red board posters but I am up 50% per month from last year which was low. But I am thankful that by the Grace of God it is getting better all the time. We pay our bills and are probably going to be able to pay taxes this year too. Oh JOY!!!!

Mister Sir
