I currently do all my scheduling in a schedule book but in April I am going to hire an office assistant to answer the phone, do our invoicing and schedule jobs. I would like to have a system in place before she starts but I am not sure which one to go with. It will need to be linked to Quickbooks, which I believe both systems are, and not to difficult to operate. Any suggestions will help.

Since you have Quickbooks, upgrade to Pro, add the Customer Manager for an additional $79.

The customer manager will link to Microsoft outlook for scheduling.
