Ahhhhhhhhhh yes how we forget to say thank you for the many referrals our customers send us

It does not need to be complicated or automatic pre printed thank you card

Just a phone call and a simple thanks is all it takes

yes it is that simple

The best management advise I ever got was from one who emulated that for me. He was demanding of excellence, but always had a thank you. Another great piece of advise I heard somewhere was to go out of my way to find something to compliment employees on even when it is so much easier to correct things.

I thought thanking someone for something that they do well was natural? These guys do great work in usually crappy situations. I can't help but thank them.
What would I do without them?
