It's an installer’s showroom.There are two types of finish on wood floors; polyurethane and oil. My eye says that is an oil finished floor, and i would find out from the homeowner what it is, usually they will have a leftover box or a purchase contract. Either way the first step is a neutral cleaner and it is only a matter of which one you use. If you have an oil finished floor, you will probably be able to sell the additional protective oil step in addition to the cleaning.
