ZIPPER results?

Has any one tried a Zipper on a nasty rental or a filthy commerical job, how was the results?
Any pictures?

I tested one on residential carpet and was not that thrilled with it for that application. I understand that they work quite well on commercial jobs though

That's what I want to see, some dirty carpet cleaning with it. Nasty Rentals and commercial stuff.
I think I would use it on Empty homes and such.
