So what exactly did your super star employees do before they worked for you?

Mine was a dishwasher and now he's leaving for the Shipyard.

My best ones I raised. My daughter does offices for me and supervises stuff as needed.

Other than that, best was a housekeeper at the local hospital.

My current guy cleaned a local restaurant every night.

farmers. Ther were in college going majoring in agriculture. Both of them cousines. Hard workers, never complained. Funny thing is thyey were both financially well off. I'm talking their families owned over 125 million worth of farms. They just like working and wanted a job to keep busy during school. Best employees I'll prrobably ever have had.

A good waiter/waitress would be good with customer service - puttin on the show !!

A good painter would be concerned about being careful around customers belongings - also may be a perfectionist. Appreciates the results personally !!

A good mover would carefully move peoples shit !!

A good sales person would educate the customer on the benefits of draining their account !!

A good landscaper will know to keep the hoses off the damn grass !!

A good window cleaner will know to cover his mouth when sneezing while looking out the window - especially after eating granola !!

Son in Law worked for a Telephone company....

Was their main guy for doing the boring under roads, tight places....and pulling cable....

He wasn't getting paid diddly....but then again....we weren't offering a lot at the beginning either....

but he was also driving 40 minutes one way each day...and of course home....so we saved him a lot of time after 12 hours days...and he would also get laid off in the winter....

We really try to make sure he is taken care of.....

He is the nicest darn young man ever....

Really wish we could have brought him with us to Florida this year.....

New baby kind of through a monkey wrench into that....
