I can't think of any company other than Aerotech that offers it but I think it should be come an industry standard.

Just too nice and easy with the flip of a switch or cap to go from acid over to neutral or alkaline.

Its been quite some time since we've seen anything really new in a slide in truckmount design, Sapphire's small foot print being the only thing that sticks out..

The auto fill from the bottom is ultra cool as well.

Bridgepoint offered on the old Lancer's many years ago.

I don't know about their current units, or do they even sell a private labeled TM anymore?

When you switch over, do you run the solution line for a few minutes to purge? How do you figure out when to stop? Or does it matter?

I posted a thread that I did it on the Vortex in April of 2008...

2 different rinses...set up on a by pass for each tank with auto fill to each one....

I since cleaned photo bucket and the pictures are not there...but I can hunt them down ....

made a whole different panel just to control them.....

I have had two rinse tanks on every truck for years. I just container caps with the hose built into it. Not as fancy as a switch but works the same.

I actually have Triple Rinse tanks with a valve system that allows one, two or three to be used at same time if needed. I normally really only use 2 tanks though.

I just came in for the night from working on our shed we are building in between cold spells but I will see if I have any pics already, if I don't I will try to take some tomorrow if I have time.

It is really simple IMO though & as I said it gives me multiple types of usage. I also set it up for filling the tanks one, two or three at same time.

It requires the use of one valve for inlet & one valve for outlet on each tank & one valve as a fill valve. Everything is easily accessed in one spot sounds more complicated then it is.

Two tanks and you don't even use the BEST rinse.

Use an Encap "Film Former" product to add anti-resoil to your process.

Here are some pics I found:

This one shows the tanks somewhat. If you look you can see there are three separate tanks.

bbt-blower-area.jpg

This one shows the 6 valves that are used to control the direction flow & usage.

The top 3 valves are for outlet side in order front to back tank 1,2,3

The bottom 3 valves are for the rinse returns in the top of the tanks in order front to back 1,2,3

It works by picking the tank you want to use on the top & the corresponding bottom valve for the returnalthough you can choose any one of the tanks for the return you would just run out sooner on the tank you are using.

I can also have one tank full & open valves forcing it to fill & equalize two tanks or three tanks. There are many ways to adjust the 6 valves for many different scenarios.

There is also a valve that can be used to fill the tanks thru the three return valves. I did have to install a stainless check valve to prevent back pressure issues on return line if the fill valve is turned on without a return valve being on also.

If it is confusing I will try to more clearly step by step explain the valves since I think I just confused my self LOL.

Can Audra and Chris figure that out or are you the Ship's captain?

LOL it really is simpler than it seems but it did take a little while for both of them to really grasp the valves & how they worked.

I also had a odd valve design for water usage in our old van so there was no need to disconnect anything. I like easy complicated I guess.

Trust me I get more complicated with other parts such as my electrical charging connections etc.

I also have decided I will be replacing all the chemical hoses with stainless same as all the other hoses I changed recently. I love not having to clean filters so often since replacing hoses with stainless.

I also complicated the lights by using motion activated LEDs
