We carry a 2-inch sump pump on our WDR trucks.
You just use your vac hose as pump out hose, which makes it easy.
If we need a gas fired pump we will rent one.

see these are the ideas i need i will buy a two inch sump pump and see how fast it does a 55 gal drum.

I think they are 1/2 HP, plastic 2900-3500?
I'm not sure, they aren't anything special around $100.00
Get the 1 1/2 to 2 inch threaded nipple from your distributor. It threads into the discharge of the pump and then you set for 2-inch hose.
Years ago we bought a gas fired trash pump but didn't use it enough, when we did need it we couldn't get it started. :x
After that we just rented, the rental store has bigger if needed and theirs always runs. :wink:

i am getting ready for hurricane season and after last year i think i should have at least 3 maybe four pumps on the trucks and pwer them with a 8500w genorator.

I have about 4 of the submersible pump, they seldom get used as by the time we get there most of the standing water has soaked through the foundation, they are nice to have however and pump way faster than a truckmount
