I saw this and wondered why nobody was yelling foul on this water claw copy cat. I was also wondering if anyone has one and how good is it.

it was just last year or so someone was mentioning about another "claw-type" tool coming out. guess this is it

That isn't the ONLY one, I know of at least one other design.

My guess is it's got a Canadian Patent, and/or it doesn't specifically Infringe on the EXACT claims of the water claw. I'd have to review the claw's claims to see what they are defending.
