I just don't understand, If a customer wants an on-board water system, provide a TM, SANS WATERBOX.
Every pump ive had, will pull water from any height. If the customer wants a live water feed without filling up the fresh tank, do what
Butler does, and have an in-line pressure reducer and a shutoff to the fresh tank.
No floats to fail, no transfer pumps to fail, reduced plumbing...
K.I.S.S!
We deleted the RIDICULOUS waterbox setup from the Genesis 59 we bought from John at
Superior,
instead of a simple float (Which is still an unnecessary failure point) It added many, many more failure points.
Solenoids, relays, something that looked like a vacuum tube... just unnecessary JUNK!
Now the pump draws straight from my fresh tank.
