Hand Bonnet & Brush for more agitation.
Go North South--East West...not circular.
Rinse SS Tool. Use clean white towel and vigirously
Dry the piece. Carefully get into the crevasse and then
wipe down the legs for any over spray.
Sell them FP if results are excellent.
Just do what Ron said...

Another cool upholstery scrubbing method I recently discovered is to use Sea Sponges - if you want a super low moisture approach. A natural Sea Sponge (not a synthetic sponge) will produce copious amounts of thick foam, so you can clean the fabric using minimal moisture. Simply mix some encap detergent in a bucket. Dip the Sea Sponge into the bucket. Wring it out tightly. It'll be practically dry with a thick lather of foam. Then wipe the surface of the piece you're cleaning. It's useful for delicate pieces. But for the dirty chair in the picture, you'll like want to use something like the drill brush above.

I'm not following you? Can you elaborate on this?
Compressed air in a shop environment is very useful for enhancing cleaning rather delicate stuff without contact.

If you use it make sure the air compressors don't let oil or water contamination through.
