Although it might be time consuming, calling them is effective.

After you complete the job, ask them when they would like their carpets cleaned again. 3 or 6 or 9 or 12 months time.

Put it in your diary. Google Calendar is excellent

And call them during the day between jobs.

The strike rate is much higher than postcards. Still do the postcards though

Thoughts guys?
