Hi everybody,
I am new here at MB.

Have cleaned carpets for over 30 years the last 12 with van mounts.

I am hearing more and more about the ZeroRez system of using what they call "empowered water" this is water that has been processed to be either highly alkaline or acidic. Supposedly they can clean carpets without using any cleaning solutions, just the "empowered water".

What do any of you know about this?

Are they actually using pre-sprays or they really just using the water.

How do they create this water?

Is it with special equipment in thier shop?

What so they use to remediate urine odrs and stains in the carpet.

If this process really works and we could spend less on chemicals it would be a great thing.

If so how do I get the equipment to creates this water?

If it is just a marketing ploy then I need to know so I can counteract this with my own marketing.

I love new technology, if somthing new works better than what I have, then I need to be using it.

Thanks,

Michael
