I turned one down today. Rain water flooding in through a low window well. Have to treat like sewage, pull the carpet, cut out the drywall, (needs to be tested for asbestos). Then afterwards, have to clean and sanitize the equipment and hoses, etc. They're calling me because they think I might be cheaper than a mainstream restoration company. No thanks.

I thought it was Chuck jr and Blaylock???
Chuck jr went beyond what his dad figured out. He teaches the science behind it.

There is also Reets Drying Academy. He teaches a great class and has online training available also, if you prefer to learn at your own pace. Great for training employees.
Wow I should’ve done this. Seems there is a lot of info here.

It's a good class. They teach negotiating skills when deal with insurance adjusters. They gave examples of rebuttals.

We sent a supervisor 3 years ago that dealt with settling final bills. He thought it was helpful. He also got a lot from interacting with other attendees at dinner.
