finding a solar lighting system for a 40 ft flag poll with an 8" base that will see 100 mph winds and needs to illuminate the all night 365.

Flag will be taken down if a huge storm is coming in.

Displayed at half mass to when required.


Top down and bottom up are both option although when the top down fails, I'm not sure how the heck it would get replace as Im not sure the city has a cherry picker that tall.

Is there a budget? There a lot of option for outdoor decor illumination. Lowes/Home got stuff. There are $1k+ overpowered stuff..
