I see allot of those truck mounts with trailers for sale on these websites and forums. I notice that the price to get these things isn't cheap and they make it look like a franchise, but technically its ?Not?

Is this company still burning the newbies? I couldn't find the website. Shady

Probably nobody can afford a TMT setup now that the base price of an 870 is $38k.

If a guy can do it with a portable, any TM has to be an improvement as far as results and productivity. Where off brands "might" sting you is dependability, ease of repair, parts on hand and warranty.

Yes, Lurk another response everyone already knows. 😉

Tell us your TMT experience
For Marty’s sake I’ll try to keep it brief.
Post USMC used GI Bill became Surgical Technologist.
Great Job not great money.
Led to a sales rep job for DePuy Orthopedics
Great Money.
Bought a TMT package with plans of a side business.
I was a knuckle head and lost my sales rep job. Time to be a full time cleaner.
TMT equipment had only been used part time for three years at this point.
Powerclean Freedom XT truckmount was constant problems.
Met some local old timers that took me under their wing.
Unloaded all TMT equipment except for the tile spinner and the carpet rake.
Bought a TCS Warrior. Abused it for 6 years.
It’s in the back of the shop now.
Upgraded to the 570 and treating everything responsible.
As far as TMT. At the time I new nothing about this industry. I was a perfect mark for them. Eager with money. It was a terrible way to start a business. I’m thankful for where I am.
They were nice people and good at selling paper elephants.
So now I have a tile spinner and carpet rake that I spent 40k on.
Love and learn, right?

Look at the 50% off deal the Stockwell brat scored.
Poor guy took a 50 grand hit. They sold him everything they possibly could. .He Got home and then saw a guy cleaning tile with a turbo hybrid for .20 sf.
Honestly I can say that everything TMT sold was excellent. Private labeled of course, but great. The Gemel ball valves rated at 7200 psi are the best I’ve used.

TMT was owned by the owner(s) of Turbo Force here in Pheonix (Glendale). Years ago they also tried to run a retail store here and sell truckmounts, equipment, and chemicals. They started their own line of chems also. I don't know if the store and chem line made it a whole year.......now TMT goes down. Sales on the Turbo Force line must be good!
