Designed for today's modern cleaning equipment, Liquid High Heat is a one step cleaning detergent specifically formulated for high heat truck mounts that produce heat in excess of 200°F. Polymer based technology, acid side cleaning eliminates the need for an acid rinse step and encapsulates soil to reduce re-soiling after cleaning.

Cleaning with Liquid High Heat will not cause browning and is completely soluble in hot or cold water. Using Liquid High Heat in your truck mount or portable extractor will neutralize the alkalinity from pre-sprays while you clean. 21st Century cleaning technology, Liquid High Heat contains no dyes, is biodegradable, low VOC and will not clog jets or screens.
[h=2]How acid side cleaning works:[/h]While most soils are acid and traditional cleaning methods use alkali detergents to neutralize acid soils for easy removal, acid side detergents work by pushing acid soils away from the fiber. When a cleaning detergent has a negative charge higher than the soil, the soil is pushed away from the carpet and into the solution. When a cleaning detergent has a positive charge higher than the soil, the soil is pulled from the carpet and into the solution.
[h=2]Advantages to acid side carpet cleaning detergents:[/h]
  • Automatically de-scales solution / pressure lines.
  • Allows polymers (encapsulation products) to be added in high enough
  • concentrations to be effective at high dilution ratios.
  • Eliminates browning/yellowing problems due to alkalinity.
  • Eliminates the need for acid rinsing.

I'll have to get a case to try after I'm done with this Clear Water Rinse from HF (which I've had no issues with)

mmm Formulated for high heat TMs and encapsulates soil to reduce re-soiling after cleaning. This product makes no sense. Mikey If the carpet has been cleaned with a high heat TM why would they need to encapsulate the soil after cleaning? Seem odd that with you having the big daddy of all TMs that you would find a need for a product like this.

i would be concerned about the encap properties solidifying in the heater, and causing problems, unless there has been a few years of testing it.

We had a heater I had to trash because the polymer built up inside the coils, and runied the heater. I could not get it opened up no matter what I tried.

Why do you keep looking for something new? I have used the same stuff for 30 years if it stops working I will look for something new.

No need to worry about chemical residue build up in truckmounts that utilize last step injection systems
