So as you know, I got myself a second van. I flew Alex up there to get it. On the way home he stopped in his hometown and cleaned about 12 jobs with it. Giving him a chance to find the bugs and make a few extra bucks.

So far all I’ve done is dump money into her. But I know it will pay off. I’m very curious to see how the water pond fits. Currently I have it setup to work. Not having an APO and fresh water reel is really bothering me. I guess I’m spoiled.

Next weekend I’ll install the waterpond and APO. Not aure how far I’ll get.

I had a dodge CDS and it was a good van but it kept eating the ignition coil. So much so I kept a spare on hand and had it set up with wing nuts to swap it out quickly and easily onsite.
How did you know the coil was bad. I ask because sometimes i need to turn the key twice to start it.

Did you get a bad batch of Safety QDs too? I had 5 of them that only lasted about two weeks a piece before blowing out the internal O-Ring.

I mentioned it to my Jondon rep and of course he said it was the first he was hearing about it.
No

They’re using a thinner, cheaper plastic to protect from heat that broke. And the QD failed as well. Overpriced and junk

It does not start at all. I think it just cooks the coils and kills them. Maybe it was just my van, it never did it at first but towards then end it was every 3-4 months
My coil went bad last year. Got halfway through a job and it died and wouldn't restart. Had to be towed an hour home. My uncle constantly went through coils on his Dodge as well. I keep a back up in the van as well.

Got 6 jobs scheduled tomorrow. So the Lima Bean Special will see some action with it's new $850 California compliant catalytic converter. My 10" CRB doesn't arrive until Wednesday, so I'll have Alex agitate with a Grandy brush.

Idiot

Just do the Nike Shuffle on the heavy spots and clean with 650psi. Raking that carpet will do nothing but wear out your tech and make him hate his job sooner
