This is what I use for dentist offices, churches, pharmacies even when they have people working. I can load it into my minivan with a small fold up ramp. It has a pretty large gel battery with a pretty long run time. Nilfisk SC350

I have the Clarke. The mini scrubbers are cool. I still have a hard time getting my chimps to use it. They just want to tilt tables on side and blow through with a T5 or 260 But, the minis would be great for your situatio.
