Hi,
I just came to do a house cleaning estimate. They request to clean 2 showers , tile and grout on kitchen and bathrooms.
The problem:

I saw a Beige Elongated Octagon Glass
Stone Metal Mosaic Tile Kitchen Wall installed on the shower floor.
I will attach photos. I noticed it has some glass pieces and metal too. So, no acidic product because it is stone and it has metal too.
Do you know any product something like stone polish to at least make it better?
Any advice will be appreciate it.
I really think that this is not a correct material to put on the shower floor. It's for kitchen backsplash.

It isn't rated for floor use. PEI rating 0. A pretty good disclaimer would be needed just for the grout, and there's a possibility the homeowner will blame you for down-the-line problems with their installation

You'd have to do any polish work with a toothbrush. The metal has a plastic coating to keep it from corroding, which will eventually wear through when walked on. You don't want to accelerate that wear and be blamed for the corrosion.

You could use Procyon or some other neutral cleaner... improvement while limiting risk.

PS: Make them write the disclaimer in their own hand writing.
