Hose reell is for sale too. Uhhhhuh!
Just need to un-bolt it, remove it sand blast it, prime it, paint it and it's almost new.

Two old acquaintences from New York meet each other on the beach in Florida.
Abey asks: "Morey, I haven't seen you in years! How are things back in the old neighborhood?"
"Don't ask! You know the deli my wife and I had and how the neighborhood was going downill? Well we had a fire and decided to take the insurance money and just retire here to Florida rather than to rebuild"
Morey asks: "So Abey, what have you been doing since you moved to Florida?"
"Well my wife and I had opened a clothing store down here in Miami and were making a go of it until the neighborhood starting to go downhill here too. Then a hurricane came and wiped out the store. So rather than rebuild, we took the insurance money to retire"!
Then Morey hesitates and asks:
"So Abey.............How do you start a hurricane?????????"

My first tm caught fire and the only things I saved was the hose reel and brand new heat exchanger. Sandblast and paint and the reel is like new. Yaa Chemtex.
