Pump pressure question? Apex 570

So, my pressure on my machine won’t go below 350 and I don’t if this is normal or not. I just replaced the pressure regulator and pressure gauge so we can rule those out. Any ideas?

Did you readjust the spring in the knob I had this happen on my 870 and I think you can tighten and loose a spring right on the black knob
Am I right?

The shaft on the valve is turned out as far as it will go.
