Private label cleaners

[SRI Cleaning]

I know alot of you guys give out custom labeled cleaners and spotters. We do presettlement cleaners for builders and are thinking about setting up a courtesy package for the new home buyer. It would have a carpet spotter as well as general purpose cleaners for the home. Hopefully some of them would use us for carpet cleaning or weekly house cleaning.
Do you guys who make your own labels have dislcaimers and safety info on the bottles? I am more so concerned with the general purpose cleaners. I wouldnt want someone using a harsh cleaner on granite and then blaming us. Also would you recommend free refills, just so they continue contact with us?

A good neutral cleaner for the carpet (we use an Encap).

Neutral pH is also required for the Gen. Purpose cleaner, with a slight amount of solvent for grease cutting.

All with your name on the front label.
