Was so looking forward to meeting Ken in person this year.

Really felt the need to have him in part of my presentation to show everyone what a stand up guy he truly was.

He fixed a transmission problem after a young man in my hometown purchased one of his vans that the transmission problem went undetected when they sent it out. Had it fixed and gave the transmission shop his credit card and said take care of it. He was the best!

I really miss being able to contact him with my rug questions as well as seeing his great business posts!
