Holy smokes, nice job. I know many car dealers in this area from my previous life and none of them would even pay to clean the tile better yet color seal. Nice sale.

Good time to have 18" tiles instead of 12". When have you been sleeping?

you were asking for punishment when you took that on. Is that Absolute Black Granite on the circular middle part? I avg 2000 plus on color selaing a day if yer interested. Let me know.

mikey that is hands down the best nuetral i have ever used and the only one i will ever use. i have been using it for 12 years and it has never let me down.

you should set them up with ultra chem labs neutral cleaner and conditioner, and some micro fiber mops or swiffer style to keep that clean.

I like Betco, esp. their Low Maintenance finish for VCT.

A swiffer style mop should be better and keep them from overwetting the floor.

That there Betco pH7 is some good stuff. If you dillute it down to 1/2 a gallon or product to 4.5 gallons of water. It makes a good general spotter as well. :mrgreen:
