Only way to get better is to add a bit of floor stripper to the mix.

Its the bomb thats what you say, but hows it the bomb if its going to make my floors look like shit? lol ill try some stripper in it tommorrrow. So if i dont want blotch grout dont use it? thanks for all the help!!

Some grout has to be acid washed to complete the cleaning process. You can use all the alkaline cleaner you want with no more improvement. Save yourself the trouble and acid wash it.
