I spilled some of Larry Cobb's Dynachem tile sealer on my cement porch
a couple of years ago and it still repels water in that spot. Even after
rain, snow, ice, salt, sun light, shoveling, power washing , and tons
of foot traffic.

Kevin, is Cobb's stuff the impregnator?

As far as the UltraLabs stuff, it seems to be very durable. I had 2 tiles I had put the stuff on a few months ago. I wanted to strip the tiles so this morning I put a rag on top of one and poured some water based stripper (straight). 6 hours later and it still not out. I know you're suppose to use agitation as well but it's been there a long time. Just poured some more.
