Good, at least I’m not the only one that gets those and takes that long. I think every house I do I lose my shirt. By the way, “like we care”!

You vacuumed that? idiot.
That's what my Royal is for. Vacuuming the nasty that I don't want my nice vacuum touching, and since it's so aggressive on the carpet, I don't feel there's a need to prescrub something like this, due to well it pulls up the nap.

Did I tell you I'm doing my Ag Center carpet again this October?

But it will pollute the royal's bag with stench. And when you turn it on all of the bacteria and viruses will be blown all over the room. And you will be breathing that in. Never vacuum over pissy carpet............it's bad for YOUR health.
I didn’t know you were a doctor also. What school was dumb enough to give You a license?

I think my cleaning abilities have outpaced my markets ability to properly compensate me.
For the $180 I charged the lady ($60/Room), I needed to be out of there in an hour and 15 minutes. Possible when vacuuming, prespray and rinse.

But when you factor in the extra enzyme treatment, Rotovac and filtration edge extraction , coupled with me moving slower these dsys, I can’t charge enough!

Kind of can relate to this right now with my knees slowing me down...

But don't give in without the fight!

Our industry sucks. What else can we do with our skills?

We do have skills don't we?

Oh yeah, it works for Saiger and other energize bunnies (shout out to somebody --I think our San Fran guy) but what about normal people attempting to make it in this biz?

You know it's all about the " average " some times you loose and some times you win...and lets face it...winning is better than loosing...lol...It's hard to walk away from that possible " loose "
Yea...I know..." if you price it right " you win...I guess it's all about your market....This market was..." I hope I win "...LOL
