We've just brought on a new softer variant of the Rota-Brush. We're calling it the Rota-Brush PLUSH. Our original Rota-Brush was great for upholstery and carpet spotting, but it required breaking-in because the bristles were just a little bit too firm. The original brush has been popular for high production upholstery work and encap spotting. These new PLUSH brushes have a thinner denier and are spot-on for upholstery, without breaking-in the brush first. We have them currently on sale for $18. Here's a link to their page on our site. https://www.excellent-supply.com/Rota-Br..._1133.html

I've never used this system on any fabrics. Looks interesting. Is it mostly preconditioning or a stand-alone cleaning system?

Some will brush their upholstery pre-spray with the Rota-Brush before before they perform HWE using an upholstery tool. And some will use the Rota-Brush as a stand alone encap method. The encap method is most commonly used on light to medium soiled commercial upholstery. It's also popular with auto detailers. And it's handy for scrubbing stairs. Those are the most common uses of the Rota-Brush.
