need some commercial accounts

I would like to obtain some larger commercial accounts. This year will be my first year in both phone books in my area. I wonder if that will help. If not I need to figure out somthing. I would like a couple large ones to get some more steady income.

The only way I get commercial jobs is through people that I clean for at their own homes, and I would like to keep it that way.. When people call me from the phonebook I usually get turned down because of price. I would just focus on your resi cleaning and the commercial will come... Like it or not.

We got most of ours through referrals. If you want more I'd start knocking on doors.
