Need help cleaning flagstone wall

This wall is in a restaraunt and is very greasy and dirty from years of leaning on from servers and putting their feet against it while standing.

Some of the wall has tile floor covering and some is a fireplace surrounded by carpet.

This is very similar to the wall layout. Will try to get actual picture of it tommorrow.

Need cleaning idea's and what something like this would cost to do.

Looks like a nightmare. Would like to see the actual pictures though.

If the customer wont pay what its worth, you have no choice but to move on.

A significant amount of time will be in protecting adjoining surfaces. Account for that when figuring your price.

Clean with an alkaline cleaner such as Stone Perfect. Agitate, rinse and extract plus control most of the moisture by using the hand version of one of the spinner tools like SX-7. You may need to lower the water pressure for some sandstone - 750 to 800 PSI should work OK.
